Packages for Starting a Call Center
Packages are designed for companies setting up their fulltime and internal call center. The packages include all the required equipment software and training to being making calls. All you need to provide are the agents, the call list, and the script.
Acarda call center software comes in three versions: Solo, Team Standard, and Team Advanced. The Team version includes central tools to manage the call list and reports. The Advanced edition includes advanced reporting, an objection handler, call transfer tools and more features.
Our standard softphone is ZoiPer 3 Biz. Acarda call center software is designed to work with ZoiPer 3 Biz. For larger teams or companies that required an updated phone system, we recommend 3cx and the 3CXPhone softphone application as the primary softphone.
A commercial grade softphone makes calls sound better and are designed for all day wearing. We recommend the Jabra Biz 1900. Its a call center grade headset designed for use with a softphone like ZoiPer or 3CXPhone
Phone lines are included with our packages. Because these phone lines have high utilization and should be in constant use while the agents are working, its important to have dedicated lines. The SimpleBusinessPhones.com phone lines and Helia SIP lines are choses specifically for use with internal call centers.
Our staff will remotelly connect to your agents computers and make sure the required software including your softphone and Acarda software is installed, configured and working together. The phone line accounts are configured and tested.
The authors of the Acarda software provides three hours of training to get your call agents familiar with the software and making calls. This is all done using screen sharing and web conferencing
The Team edition includes central server components. Though you don't need a server, you do need a faster stable computer with professional Windows OS and that stays on all the time. We connect remotely and install and configure the central server components.
Use of a compatible phone system with your call center adds additional useful feature such as central call recording and central reporting. We recommend and install 3CX Phones System which is compatible with Acarda call center software.
We install our Helia Health agent on all computers we provide support for. It help with remote support and to run automated network diagnostics.
