Call center tools consisted of a VoIP phone line, a soft phone, and the telemarketing tools that consist of the reporting engine, script tools power dialer and list management. With managed implemenation from Helia, we ensure that your computers have the software properly setup and tested and then provide software training to ensure your callers are productive from the start.

Installation of the call center software is done remotely but can also be done onsite. Your phone access is either done through 3CX phone system or a Zoiper soft phone depending on your needs. Both methods allow for call recording however with the 3CX phone system, call recording are managed centrally and recommended for teams of more than 5 callers. For smaller outbound call centers where there are only one or two callers, Zoiper soft phone is installed with a phone line from SimpleBusinessPhones.com. The line is configured and tested for proper dial and hangup control from the power dialer.

The Acarda call center software is installed and configured for use with the soft phone. For remote configurations this can be more complex as the appropriate permissions must be assigned to your site within the 3CX phone system. The call center software is tested so that the power dialer can initiate and terminate calls on the callers soft phone. A sample list is installed along with a test campaign and agent.

The training consists of how to place your call list in a format that you can import into the call center software. The major functions of the call center software are covered including creating a call center agent and assigning that agent to a campaign. Reviewing the call script tool to understand how to create a proper call script and create the form to capture responses from the telemarketing campaign.

Your callers will be lead through some example calling so that when its time to get down to business, they are comfortable and confident in making calling and getting results
